Your personal data may also be shared with the Applicant as part of the underwriting procedure.

Waiver and Release: By accepting these Terms of Use, both you and the Applicant waive and relinquish any claims regarding the distribution of information.

Credit Gathering Authorization: You consent to, and accept all terms of the Shield Consulting Group Credit Gathering Authorization, as specified on the website.

Arbitration Agreement: By utilizing the Shield Consulting Group website or requesting marketing-related contact from Shield Consulting Group, you consent to arbitrate all disputes between you and Shield Consulting Group (and any entity communicating on behalf of Shield Consulting Group) on an individual basis only - not as part of any class. You acknowledge that the Terms of Application involve commerce under 9 U.S.C. Sections 1 et seq. and that this Arbitration Agreement is governed by federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act. The remaining elements of the Terms of Application are governed by the laws of New York.

Important Information Regarding New Accounts: Federal law mandates that all financial institutions collect, verify, and document data identifying each individual and entity that opens an account or establishes a relationship with the institution. This data includes names, addresses, dates of birth, social security or tax identification numbers, and other information that enables the financial institution to confirm your and/or the entity's identity.
